Dear delegates
You may recall that the Plenary adopted a new sanction fee structure for events listed on the FAI calendar. Together with this, there is a new form, which appears on the website (http://www.fai.org/aeromodelling/documents/forms/calendar).
Several NACs have submitted old forms and have transferred incorrect fee amounts, which will result in your event not appearing on the calendar. Please, please, please check that the forms you (or your NAC) submit are the latest ones and that the fees transferred are correct.
Also note that you have already been sent documentation from the FAI office to enable you to submit names of candidates for the FAI Judges list and technical experts list. These must reach the FAI office before 15th November, properly completed, signed and stamped by your NAC, to be considered.
